On the week of April 13-17th the teachers and staff of LCMS underwent a secret spirit week. Students were all confused when teachers who usually dressed professionally came to school in Disney ears or a gym suit. Or teachers who dress comfy and cozy came to school in a tuxedo. Monday teachers were put to the task of wearing a Canadian tuxedo. Tuesday they confused the students and dressed like them! Wednesday the teachers had to work out or work up, meaning get in your running gear or come to your “office job”! Thursday the teachers had lots of fun twinning, most of upstairs building 4 were all things from cat and the hat. And last but not least Friday they got to wear their school spirit gear!
Mrs. Campbell said, “My favorite spirit day was dress like a student day because we basically got to go to school in pajamas.” The teachers went all out for this spirit week that even the students started to notice something was up.
Haley Blagg (7) states, “I noticed there was a teacher spirit week when Mrs. T came to school in a hoodie and basketball shorts, and if you know anything about Mrs. T she would not wear that on a normal day.”
