Pantherettes Spring Showcase

“I’m really excited to perform. I feel that people coming would open up ideas about what future dancers would want to focus on in dance,” said Ula Carr (6).

Have you noticed that posters have popped up everywhere around campus? Wherever you go it’s always that same poster, “Pantherettes Dance Team SPRING SHOWCASE”. The question is, what is that even supposed to mean? On April 24, in the gym, our dance team, “Pantherettes”, is holding their annual Spring Showcase. There, they will be performing all of their group dances, solos, and even dances that they made up themselves. This event will be held at 6pm with free admission for anyone who wants to come.

Hana is a 6th grade staff member. This is her first year as a part of the yearbook staff and is excited to be a part of it. In her free time she likes to draw, listen to music, and do acro tricks. She is also a dancer and loves to go to dance classes with her friends.
