Croom’s Academy Field Trip

Every year people magnet high schools come to Lawton to talk about their school. Every year there is a field trip to their school, to check out their campus. This year, the field trip was to Croom’s academy. Eleven 8th graders signed up to go on the field trip this year. This includes Jessica Kasner, Ainslee Sophiea, Paxton Valentino, Rian Nair, Raven Gysler, Wesley Helmick, Claire Young, Gabriel Honka, Cristian Romero Diaz, Ignacio Barra Masip, and Zane Le.
More specifically, Jessica Kasner and Raven Gysler were super excited.

Jessica said, “I am super excited to tour around the campus and see what programs they offer. I do see myself going to Crooms but I want to look around first.”  After she said, “I really loved the field trip, it was so amazing. I had so much fun talking to my friend and seeing the campus. Knowing that they have E-sports and a chorus program really makes me want to go there. I definitely see myself going to Croom’s.”

Before the trip Raven said, “I’m excited to go on the field and be with my friends. I hope it is fun, and I have a good time.” Afterwards Raven said, “The food is so good! It really stuck out to me! I really want to go to Croom’s now, I loved it!”
