Thanksgiving break is a week-long break at the end of November, when families eat turkey and give thanks. From the controversial “turkey or ham” to homemade cranberry sauce, Thanksgiving is a popular holiday that is celebrated nationwide.

Brinley Richardson is a 7th grader who loves to write anything, especially comedy. She has written articles for the Sanford Herald newspaper in Sanford, FL. This is her first year on the yearbook staff, contributing to it by being a staff editor for the yearbook and newsletter. Outside of school, she enjoys reading and playing violin.
Summer Scott is a 7th grader who loves designing. This is her first year on the panther pride and newsletter staff, she loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys taking photos, reading and going on boat rides in her freetime. She has a dog named Sadie and loves to ride horses.
