Welcome to the Science Fair Class

Mrs. Nystrom helps Gabriela Amaya Sanchez (7) and Mara Dauner (7) with their ideas. “I created this class to take stress off the students,” Mrs. Nystrom said.

In this brand new elective, students build and create ideas for the science fair. In February, they will take their project to a competition to test their idea. Dylan Kingsland (7th) says, “It’s a fun and entertaining class.” Riley Brodeur (7th) says, “It’s fun and is a great opportunity to build knowledge and friends.”

Kevin Le (7), Zaiden Smith (7), and Ashley Duanmu (7) brainstorm their ideas for the upcoming Science Fair in February. “I built a robot that helps people with disabilities, but before I was thinking about making energy through wind turbines,” says Zaiden. (Colton Fitch)

Colton Fitch is a 7th grade member of the Yearbook Staff for the Panther Press. This is his 1st year in the Yearbook class and hopes to keep being in it throughout high school. He mainly focuses on organization and managing the staff and even Mrs. Brady, their advisor. In his free time, he enjoys playing Fortnite with Azalea.
