If you’ve ever watched a marching band, you’d surely notice the colorful flags swaying with the performance. This sport is called Color Guard, a visual performance combining flags and colors and the skills of its performers. Lauryn Muniz (7), who practices this sport, says, “I like how we get stronger every practice.” She first started Color Guard because of her sister, who did it throughout high school. She was interested in it, and decided to start it herself.
