Panther Threads

Panther Threads is a community clothing closet that aims to provide clothing to kids in need. Founded by Officer Pierce, it’s committed to making kids feel more comfortable in their clothes.  

“Clothes can go a long way with your day if you’re not feeling confident or with clothes that aren’t fitting correctly,” Officer Pierce said.

Officer Pierce is not only in charge of Panther Threads, but she also patrols our school campus to make sure that we are safe and protected. You might also catch her walking around campus with our schools emotional support dog Zander, so if you see him, feel free to give him a pet or two. (Brinley Richardson)

Kids can donate to the front office here at LCMS. So, if you outgrew your clothes from last year, make sure to donate to Panther Threads!

The whole dance class joined together at the end, after all the dances, and did a full group dance. They were able to showoff they can dance in a small group as well as a big group. Avery Roberson said "We were really in sync, and our lifts were good."

Brinley Richardson is a 7th grader who loves to write anything, especially comedy. She has written articles for the Sanford Herald newspaper in Sanford, FL. This is her first year on the yearbook staff, contributing to it by being a staff editor for the yearbook and newsletter. Outside of school, she enjoys reading and playing violin.
