In Ms. Swallow’s Chorus classes, students signed the song “A Better Place”. Students in Chorus not only learn how to sing, but also learn how to sign. Lilia Bennett (7th) says, “My favorite part about this experience was when we were just signing, not singing.” Signing can be super fun at times and learning to sign can be very useful in the future!

Mariel Kinzel-Reviriego (8) is on the girls Varsity team and has been on cross country for all three years of middle school. Mariel said, “I like cross country because the people on the team are nice and funny. I really like getting to know them and running with them!”

Cooper Pakarek (7) is on the JV cross country team and has been working hard. Cooper said, “I like cross country because it’s all about pushing your limits, finding strength in every step, and enjoying the journey with your friends along the way.”
