After the teacher who used to host D&D club left the school, the club was forced to stop. D&D players around the school were scared that the club would be gone for good. However, we convinced Mrs. Amanda Bond to take over D&D club. Now, on Friday mornings, students go to Mrs. Amanda Bond’s room to play Dungeons and Dragons. Dungeons and Dragons club is now larger then ever with 60 students! We have a mix of experienced players and new players.
What is D&D? It is a roleplaying game where you can do practically anything from robbing a goblin to defeating a giant eye! You can make your character ANYTHING you want it to be (someone in D&D club made his character Hakari). Its a really fun game and I encourage you to join! If you want to join, you have to have a permission slip. For more info, go to Mrs. Amanda Bond’s room. (the design teacher, not the career teacher).
“I really enjoying hosting D&D. I like seeing students having fun and showing off their creativity when they act out the parts of the story,” Mrs. Bond said.
