Mila holds her award after her speech won at the district competition.
Mila Kiray, a sixth grader at Lawton Chiles, won the 4H speech competition at the school, then went to represent LCMS at the district competition. With her speech about the pros and cons of speaking two languages, she placed first in the Seminole County School District competition.
