The Paws52 Crew hard at work editing their segments.
Every week students around the school watch a 15 to 20 minute long student made video . It is a collection of different short segments about various topics such as information during the week, interactive games, and other fun things to entertain the school. But who actually makes the news videos? During the school day students meet during a class period and make videos and content creation. The objective of the class is that students use their imagination to make interesting videos that the whole school will enjoy.

During this class, students learn how to edit on professional platforms, such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro, interview peers and make videos the whole school can see. Mia Kaplan, a current Paws52 student states, “ I chose to be a part of Paws52 because I really wanted to express myself through making creative segments.” Whether you are in Paws52 or a viewer, these videos are always an enjoyable thing for everyone.
